Indonesian culture as embedded in a dark alley. As we know, the swift currents of globalization led state indefinitely. Culture of Indonesia such as loss of identity, and transformed into various forms. This is certainly caused by various factors, both domestic and abroad. Do not believe it?
The first, the negative impacts of globalization can be seen from the style of dress teenagers around us who are more open and the exclusion of people dressed eastern cultures.
The second, the artistic tastes of the people of Indonesia itself declined drastically. Music and dances slowly but surely displaced by foreign music and dance which is generally considered to be much more modern than the local arts.
The
third lifestyle most people in Indonesia who have been affected by the virus
globalization, gradually changed. Such as drinking and dancing in night clubs,
all night is not a stranger anymore. Even individualism embraced western
culture, has spread to urban areas of Indonesia.
And
finally, it vanished culture can also come from within the country, the growth
of consumerism, selfishness, loss of solidarity, the loss of a sense of shame
and indifference to ethics.
What's
up my cultural premises? will we just stand aside when this country had an
accident culture? why do not we start from ourselves to give more attention to
our culture? because if not us who care, who will?
